Return and Exchange Policy
If you encounter any issues with the products you purchased and wish to return or exchange them, please review the following instructions and procedures:
Most new items can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns, including bundles, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Should you have a problem with an international purchase, please contact our customer service team, and we will work to find a solution.
All returned products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and accessories intact.
To start a return, exchange, or request store credit, please contact our customer service via phone or email. Provide your order number and specify whether you want an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. Customer service will also provide the necessary return label via email.
Please complete the return form included in your package, clearly indicating the product being returned or exchanged, along with the reason for return. If requesting store credit, please state that you are exchanging for store credit.

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected and processed within 2 to 3 business days. Exchanges and store credits will be issued promptly. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method minus any shipping fees.
Please note that returns or exchanges are accepted only for merchandise purchased directly from our online store, Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned to the respective seller. Products purchased from physical Sullens Clothing retail locations can be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations.
